A Smooth Transition: Modular Document Solutions acquires Docutek Imaging

Modular Document Solutions, LLC seamlessly completed the highly-anticipated acquisition of Docutek Imaging Solutions, Inc.’s customer base, effective July 8, 2011. Docutek has been a full-service copier dealership located in South Florida, with an emphasis in the Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Miami markets since 2001.
The acquisition of Docutek’s customer base is consistent with a successful growth strategy utilized by Modular Document Solutions, LLC which currently operates a statewide office technology distribution network, providing sales and service to clients throughout the state of Florida. Modular president, Marty Maddox, says, “Modular Document Solutions is fully committed to providing top-notch service to Docutek clientele.
